Welcome to Monarch Electrical Contractors Ltd

ROWLEY REGIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE (2010)

In conjunction with Dewson Electrical Ltd we delivered the Fire Alarm installation, comprising of a Staff Attack Alarm and High specification security package. A surface containment system which was required in all pupil areas resulted in a high quality install.

LANDAU FORTE ACADEMY, TAMWORTH (2011)

A complete install from start to finish for N.G.Bailey. Another high specification system of aluminum dado trunking and a floating raft lighting system.

KETTERING SCIENCE ACADEMY (2011)

A successful project in Tamworth led to the opportunity to follow on with the same Main contractors to deliver Kettering Science Academy. A similar installation of Raft style light fittings ensured a high quality finish.

THE CUBE, CORBY(2012)

A sister project to Kettering Science Academy. The Cube is a mixed use Education learning space. High bay lighting controlled by an infra-red switching system. The project was a quick turnaround programme, challenging but ultimately achieved.

ASTON STUDENT VILLAGE PHASE 2 (2012)

An extremely intense programme to deliver 564 Number bedrooms and 124 Kitchens, From Monarchs point of view we needed to liaise with the clients and builders on a daily basis to ensure this project got delivered. Every block included core areas which comprised of office, reception and amenity facilities.

JAGUAR LANDROVER BODY IN WHITE SOLIHULL (August 2013)

The first project in the current JLR upgrade to be independently Project managed rather than in house, the client went from being skeptical to quietly pleased. Monarch ended up providing the production lighting initially which grew to installing and testing all the core office areas and plant rooms, Roof lighting and externals. The production area became a quick turnaround task as the machine fit out followed on straight after our install. A quite unique situation occurred for Monarch as the consultants snagging report contained not just snags for us but pictures of our work with comments on what a quality install we were doing. It’s not often a consultant is moved enough to do that!

CADBURY WORLD WASHROOM UPGRADE (2012)

Working in a live amusement park required us to be ultra-co- operative with the client and their facilities management. A tight schedule to ensure we could complete in time for a scheduled shut down involved close liaison with the Main contractor Austin Group UK

GREENWAYS MODULAR EXHIBITION UNIT (2011)

The client required an exhibition stand that could be pre- fabricated away from the exhibition space, broken down for ease of transport and rebuilt at the exhibition space. Greenways manufacture and install high quality outdoor buildings, these buildings needed to form parts of the pre- fabricated unit so we had to design a modular system to incorporate lighting and power
